Generic functions of a process within SM

I have identified these particular functions within ITIL processe that span all Service Management:

  • PLAN & DESIGN
  • INTERFACE

  • VERIFY
  • CONTROL
  • MANAGE
  • SUPPORT
  • DOCUMENT
  • TRAIN
  • IMPROVE
